Member Eligibility
Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to register and use the MrCoin platform. Only one account is allowed per user.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed through legitimate payment methods. Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account in the same name as the registered member.
Bonus & Promotions
Every bonus is subject to clearly stated wagering requirements. MrCoin reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Report any suspicious activity to the MrCoin support team immediately.
Prohibited Activities
Fraud, money laundering, bot usage, and any attempt to exploit the system are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
Terms Updates
MrCoin reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the changes.

1 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between MrCoin ("we", "Platform") and you as the user ("member", "you") accessing or using the services provided through the website mrcoin.vin and related applications.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the MrCoin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. Your agreement is voluntary and you are free not to use the platform if you do not agree.
MrCoin operates as an online gaming platform offering a range of entertainment categories including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games, Bingo, and more. All services are subject to the same Terms unless otherwise specifically stated.
These Terms are written in Bahasa Malaysia for the convenience of local members. In the event of any conflict with another translated version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register and use the MrCoin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old or the higher legal age limit in your country or region.
- Not residing in a country or region where the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited by local law.
- Never having been declared bankrupt or subject to any court order that prevents you from entering into binding agreements.
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
Registration Process
During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. MrCoin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Having more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed without any refund.
MrCoin uses an advanced detection system to identify duplicate accounts. Any attempt to create multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent bans will be actioned immediately.
3 Member Account & Responsibilities
Once your account is activated, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under that account. This includes all wagering, transactions, and communications made using your login credentials.
Password Security
You must ensure your password is strong and not shared with anyone. MrCoin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, contact the MrCoin support team immediately for a temporary freeze.
Information Update
You are responsible for ensuring all personal information in your account is kept up to date and accurate. Outdated or incorrect information may affect your withdrawal verification and KYC process.
Account Activity
Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or archiving. MrCoin will contact you in advance via your registered email before any action is taken on an inactive account.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit
MrCoin accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysia payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the Payments section of the platform. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method. Please check the Deposits and Withdrawals section in your account for current applicable limits.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your KYC verification is fully completed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account in the same member name as registered with MrCoin — no third-party account withdrawals are permitted.
- Withdrawal processing time is typically between one (1) and three (3) business days.
- MrCoin reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawal requests for large amounts.
- Any fees charged by the receiving bank are the member's sole responsibility.
All funds in your MrCoin account belong to you and are held separately from the company's operational accounts, keeping your funds safe at all times.
5 Bonus & Promotions
MrCoin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions tied to specific events.
Wagering Requirements
Every bonus received is subject to the specified wagering requirements. You must fully meet the wagering requirements before any bonus amount or related winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each offer will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses can only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
- MrCoin reserves the right to decline or void bonuses if any attempt to exploit promotion terms is found.
- Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- If you make a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met, the related bonus and wins will be automatically forfeited.
- MrCoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with reasonable notice.
6 Game Rules
All games available on the MrCoin platform are operated using software from licensed providers that use independently audited random number generators (RNG). This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and free from any manipulation.
Wins are calculated based on the rules and payout schedules set for each game. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, MrCoin will use server records to determine the status of the affected game. Decisions based on server records are final.
Technical Errors
In the event of a software or display error that causes an incorrect payout, MrCoin reserves the right to void the payout and restore the account balance to the correct amount. Wins resulting from an obvious technical error will not be honoured.
7 Prohibited Activities
Use of the MrCoin platform is strictly prohibited for the following purposes:
- Fraud in any form, including the use of stolen or counterfeit credit cards or payment information.
- Money laundering or financing illegal activities through a MrCoin account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
- Collusion or cooperation between members to exploit games or the bonus system.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or compromise the security of MrCoin's systems.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
- Any activity that violates applicable local or international laws.
Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
MrCoin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated these Terms or engaged in any prohibited activity.
Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the MrCoin support team. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the required review is completed.
In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, MrCoin reserves the right to withhold all outstanding balances, bonuses, and wins subject to individual case assessment.
9 Liability Limit
MrCoin provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from outages, delays, or technical errors at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, MrCoin will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, business interruption, or data loss.
MrCoin's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
10 Privacy Policy & Data Protection
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the MrCoin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the MrCoin platform, you agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
MrCoin collects personal data solely for account management, transaction processing, KYC verification, legal compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes arising will be resolved through arbitration or a competent court in accordance with the relevant jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
